The whole format of the AFCAT is the Air Force Common Entrance Test. Candidates selected for admission to the Ground Duty (Technical) division must take the AFCAT CBT exam and the Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT).

AFCAT Exam Test Pattern

The exam is divided into AFCAT and EKT. Both papers are submitted on the same day. Candidates applying for the Technical Branch must complete the following in addition to the AFCAT EKT:
