What will an Agniveer do after 4 years?

Many applicants sign up for the Indian Army recruitment process each year in an effort to join the famed Indian armed forces, but some of them are unsuccessful for a variety of reasons. This entry offers them a second entrance that makes room for them, and it is a wonderful opportunity for them to accomplish their objective.

There is a potential that after three years of service, your performance will be deemed excellent enough to retain you on after your tour of duty is complete. Also, soldiers who are discharged will be given support in seeking civilian jobs after completing their three-year service. According to rumours, the government is also negotiating with employers on the 'Agniveers' post-term employment options. Also, check for various defence entrance exams.
