• If a cuboid has length l, breadth b and height h, then

1. Perimeter of the cuboid = 4(l + b + h).
2. Surface are of the cuboid = 2(lb + bh + lh).
3. Lateral surface area of the cuboid = 2(l + b) × h.
4. Length of a diagonal  = √l2+b2+h2
5. Volume of the cuboid = l × b × h.
• If the length of each edge of a cube is l then
1. Perimeter of the cube = 12l = 12(Edge)
2. Surface area of the cube = 6l2 = 6(Edge)2
3. Lateral surface area of the cube = 4l2 = 4(Edge)2
4. Volume of the cube = l3 = (Edge)3
• A right circular cone is asolid generated by revolving a line segment which passes through a fixed point and which makes a constant angle with a fixed line. The fixed point is called the vertex of the cone, the fixed line is called the axis of the cone.
• For a right circular cone of based radius r, slant height l and height h, we have
1. Curved surface area = Πrl
2. Total surface area = Πr(l + r)
3. Volume = 1/3  Πr2h

Also, volume = 1/3 (Area of the base) × height.
