The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has officially released the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) PG 2023 results for those who took the exam on the scheduled date. It is important to note that the NEET PG 2023 results are accessible for candidates to check and download on the official web page - nbe.edu.in. The candidates who took the entrance exam were anxiously awaiting the results to see if they had qualified.
Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, minister of health for the union, made the announcement "Today, the NEET-PG 2023 results were made public. Heartiest congratulations to all students who received a qualifying grade."
For admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma, Post MBBS DNB Courses, Direct 6 Year DrNB Courses, and NBEMS Diploma Courses, more than 2.9 lakh applicants took the exam.
To check the NEET PG- 2023 result, you can follow these simple steps:
- Go to the official website of the National Board of Examinations (NBE) at www.nbe.edu.in, then Click on the NEET PG tab and select the "Result" option from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your roll number and date of birth in the respective fields.
- Click on the "Submit" button.

NEET PG 2023 Merit List
NBE also released NEET-PG 2023 Merit List along with the result. The NEET PG Merit List is prepared on the basis of the candidate's rank in the entrance exam. The rank is determined based on the marks obtained by the candidate in the exam. The merit list is usually prepared separately for each category such as General, OBC, SC, ST, and PwD.
Candidates who have secured a rank in the merit list are eligible to participate in the counseling process for admission to postgraduate medical courses. The counseling process includes online registration, choice filling, and seat allotment. The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) conducts the counseling process on behalf of the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC).
It is very important to note that the NEET PG Merit List is valid only for the current academic year. Candidates who do not secure a rank in the merit list or who do not get a seat in the counseling process can apply again for the next academic year.
To check the NEET PG merit list, you can follow these steps:
