Molar mass of methane= 16g/mol

So, no. of moles = Given mass / Molar mass

No. of moles of H2, O2, CH4 = 100 / 2, 100 / 32, 100 / 16

= 100 / 1, 100 / 16, 100 / 8.

Ratio of volume will also be the same as the ratio of moles as per avogadro’s hypothesis.

So, the ratio is 1 / 1: 1 / 16: 1 / 8 that is, 16:1:2.
