Ans: The differences between the laboratory thermometer as well as clinical temperature are as follows:

i. The temperature in a clinical thermometer can’t fall itself but this is not so in case of laboratory thermometer. In case of laboratory thermometer, the temperature can fall by itself.

ii. The range of the temperature used in a laboratory thermometer is high from -10⁰C to 110⁰C whereas in case of clinical thermometer, the range is limited.
