The Potential energy stored  in  the water column is mgh  [Where m is the mass of the water, g is the gravitational acceleration, h is the height of the water column]

=6×10×15/2

=450  Joule

The weight of the water and the bucket

=(15-6)×10

=90  newton

Now the potential energy is =(90×15)N

=1350  Newton

The total potential energy =(450+1350)=1800 Joule

At first the potential energy remain zero.

The change in potential energy =work done=(1800-0) Joule

So, the work done in drawing the bucket is 1800 Joule.
