Voltage, V1 = 220 V

V2 = 110 V

Power, P1 = P2 = P = 60 W

We know that, R = V2 / P

R1 = V12 / P

R1 = (220)2 / 60

R2 = V22 / P

R2 = (110)2 / 60

Now, dividing R1 and R2 we get,

R1 / R2 = [(220)2 / 60] / [(110)2 / 60]

R1 / R2 = 4 / 1

R1: R2 = 4: 1
