Bismark was a great statesman,conservative,Prussian Diet, leader of the ruling group and Prime Minister to the king of Germany in 1861.
Characteristics of Political Policy:
(i) He was a staunch enemy to liberals\liberalism.
(ii) He opposed democracy and supported monarchy.
(iii) He contributed considerably in unification of Germany. His “Blood and Iron” policy became famous through his strengthening military power of the state.
