What are the steps to follow after registering on the Physics Wallah App?

After registering on the Physics Wallah App, fill out the admission form received via SMS, access your Student Portal, and visit the Vidyapeeth center to complete any pending formalities and fee payments. What documents are needed for enrollment at the center?

We recommend keeping digital copies of the following documents for efficient application processing: Aadhaar card or any other valid identification proof, 10th-grade mark sheet and bank account details for fee payments.

What is a Security Deposit ?

Accepted Answer

A security deposit of Rs. 1000 must be submitted with the admission form to cover the use of premises by the students. Physics Wallah will refund the security deposit after deducting any outstanding dues and claims, only after the student either withdraws their admission or completes the course. The security deposit is subject to deduction if any verified claims for damages are confirmed against the student.

When will I receive my batch allotment?

Batch allotment will take place once you have paid your first installment and completed your ERP admission form.

When will I gain access to the PW App for my allotted batch?

You will receive access to your batch within 24-48 hours after the batch allotment.

Are there any conditions for batch allotment for students?

Accepted Answer

Batches are assigned to students based on their preferences and subject to seat availability. The PW Team reserves the right to make changes to batch allotments based on available seats.

Where can I go to collect my welcome kits and ID cards, and when?

You can collect your ID card and welcome kit at the center after the batch allotment process has been completed. A valid ID card is mandatory for entry into the Vidyapeeth Center premises.

Where should I go to get my study materials and DPPs?

You can collect your study materials after receiving your ID card. Daily Practice Problems (DPPs) will be available at your respective centers following the classes.

Where can I find the recordings of the offline lectures?

You can find your batch details in the PW App under the 'Study' section. Navigate to Study > My Batches, and select the batch.

What is Physicswallah Vidyapeeth Refund Policy ?

All kinds of refunds will occur per the Physics Wallah Vidyapeeth Refund Policy. Refund requests need to be raised at the Center. Refund requests made verbally or through phone/email/fax shall not be entertained in any case. The Registration Fee and book/Module Fee are not refundable under any circumstances. The Doubt series course Fees and test series fees are also not refundable.
