Why should I join this course and how will this be helpful?
This course is designed to provide you with knowledge and skills in all subjects, which are highly relevant to the JEE exam pattern.
What is SAARTHI and what are the timings?
Unlimited Live doubt-solving from 3 pm to 12 am from Monday to Saturday.
You can ask doubts via chat, audio message or video connect
If an offline center is not available, how will I give Real Test Series?
In case your nearby RTS centre is not available or you miss the test you can attempt the same test in online mode.
How can I book a 1:1 mentorship session?
You have to fill the form that opens up on clicking on the widget and choose your area of concern, date and time slot in which you want the session.
You will get a call in the filled slot.
What is the duration of 1:1 session?
One session will last for 20 minutes in which you can discuss any non academic concern with bhaiya/didi currently studying in top colleges.
How will the classes be conducted and what will happen if I miss a class?
All classes will be live at the scheduled time, and if you miss any class, you can access the recording anytime
Will I get all Test Series under Test Pass?
Yes all JEE Chapterwise Test Series, PYQ tests, NCERT Tests,AITS and other Mock Tests are a part of Test Pass.
Can the classes be downloaded?
Yes, you can download videos of any courses you have enrolled in.
The videos can be downloaded and watched offline in the PW app under the download section go to the Study Page & watch the downloaded video. These videos will be available until the expiry of Online Batches.
What are the class days and timings of lectures?

How will I get my doubts answered?
In the Live / Recorded class we have a doubts engine portal where you can ask your doubts & within 24 hrs you get a solution.
What is the Refund Policy?
Dear students, a refund after a batch purchase is not allowed as we have already invested a lot in providing the best learning experience to our valued students, including tech infrastructure, employee salaries, etc. Please make a conscious decision before purchasing a batch.
