NEET PG Application Form 2026: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has commenced the NEET PG 2026 application process from July 1, 2026. Eligible medical graduates can now complete the NEET PG Application Form 2026 through the official NBEMS website, natboard.edu.in.

The online registration window will remain open until July 21, 2026 (11:55 PM). Candidates are advised to carefully read the NEET PG 2026 Information Bulletin before submitting their application to avoid errors during the registration process.

NEET PG Application Form 2026 Link 

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2026 will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode on August 30, 2026. The entrance examination is held for admission to MD, MS, PG Diploma, and other postgraduate medical programmes offered by institutions across India.

Applicants must complete the online registration, upload the required documents, and submit the application before the last date. NBEMS has also clarified that the allotment of the exam city or test centre will not be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to Fill the NEET PG Application Form 2026?

Candidates can follow these steps to complete the application process:

1. Visit the official NBEMS website.

2. Click on the NEET PG 2026 Registration link.

3. Register using your name, nationality, mobile number, email ID, and preferred test state.

4. Log in using the generated User ID and Password.

5. Fill in the application form with the required academic and personal details.

6. Upload the photograph, signature, thumb impression, and other required documents in the prescribed format.

7. Pay the application fee through the available online payment modes.

8. Submit the application form and download the confirmation page for future reference.

Documents Required for NEET PG Registration 2026

Candidates should keep the following documents ready before filling out the application form:

• Recent passport-size photograph

• Signature

• Thumb impression

• Valid email ID

• Mobile number

• MBBS qualification details

• Internship details

• Identity proof

NBEMS has instructed candidates to upload a recent photograph that is not older than three months and ensure that all images meet the specifications mentioned in the Information Bulletin.

Important Instructions for Candidates

Before applying, candidates should keep the following points in mind:

• Read the NEET PG 2026 Information Bulletin carefully before registration.

• Complete the application using a desktop or laptop, as filling the form through mobile devices is not recommended.

• Enter your name, nationality, email ID, mobile number, and preferred test state carefully, as these details cannot be changed after final submission.

• Do not wait until the last date to complete the application process to avoid technical issues.

• Upload all required documents according to the prescribed guidelines.

NEET PG Exam City, Admit Card and Result

NBEMS will release the exam city intimation slip on August 11, 2026, allowing candidates to know the city allotted for their examination.

The NEET PG Admit Card 2026 will be issued on August 27, 2026, while the examination is scheduled to be conducted on August 30, 2026.

According to the official schedule, the NEET PG Result 2026 will be declared by September 30, 2026. Candidates must also complete their compulsory internship on or before September 30, 2026, to be eligible for admission.
