CBSE Class 10 Maths Exam 2026 is scheduled for 17 February 2026 from 10:30 AM to 01:30 PM. As the exam approaches, many students feel anxious due to unfinished syllabus or weak concepts. This stress is common but manageable. The last 15 days are still enough to strengthen preparation if used wisely. Instead of panic studying, students should follow a focused plan that prioritises revision, accuracy, and exam-oriented practice.
With only two weeks left, preparation must be disciplined and distraction-free. Random study materials and long lectures should be avoided. The goal is to improve marks by strengthening concepts and practising exam-level questions.
The first seven days should be used to fix weak chapters and build confidence.
• Identify chapters that are completely weak or confusing
• Revise concepts using short and focused revision videos
• Solve all NCERT examples and exercises without skipping
• Practise previous year questions from the same chapter
• Revise NCERT examples carefully
• Attempt NCERT Exemplar questions if time allows
• Practise previous year questions again
Every chapter must include previous year question practice to understand exam patterns.
In limited time, chapter selection becomes very important.
Students should first complete chapters that
• Carry higher weightage in the exam
• Are conceptually difficult
• Have appeared frequently in previous years
Easier chapters can be revised later to save time and effort.
These six days play a major role in improving the final score.
While solving sample papers, students should
• Sit for three hours continuously
• Create an exam-like environment
• Solve the paper in one go
After each paper, students must analyse
• Questions that were skipped
• Calculation mistakes
• Conceptual errors
At least one sample paper should be solved every two days for better accuracy and speed.
The final two days should be reserved only for revision.
Students should focus on
• Important formulas and theorems
• Frequently asked questions
• Weak areas identified during analysis
No new topics should be studied at this stage. These two days are meant to improve confidence and reduce mistakes in the exam.
