The provisional answer key for all question paper sets was released on 6 May 2026, while the NEET UG 2026 examination was conducted on 3 May 2026 at centres across India and abroad. Along with the answer key, candidates can also access their recorded responses and OMR sheets to estimate probable scores before the declaration of the final result.

Enter the following credentials:

Security Pin
After login, click on the “Challenge Answer Key” option available in the dashboard.
Choose the question ID you wish to challenge and select the answer you believe is correct.
Candidates should upload valid academic references or documents supporting their objection. Standard textbooks and NCERT references are generally preferred.
Complete the online payment of Rs. 200 for each challenged question.
After successful payment, submit the challenge request and save the confirmation page for future reference.
All objections submitted by candidates will be reviewed by a panel of subject experts appointed by NTA. If any challenge is found valid, the provisional answer key will be revised accordingly.
The updated answers will then be applied to the response sheets of all candidates wherever applicable.
After reviewing all objections, NTA will publish the final answer key. The NEET UG 2026 result will be prepared strictly according to the final approved answers.
