The Staff Selection Commission is expected to announce the SSC CHSL Tier 1 Result 2025 shortly. Thousands of aspirants who appeared for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) examination are eagerly waiting for the update on the official portal, ssc.gov.in, result section.
Along with the merit list, the commission will also release the SSC CHSL Tier 1 Cut Off 2025, which determines the eligibility for the Tier 2 Descriptive/Skill Test.
While the commission has not fixed a specific time, trends suggest that the SSC CHSL Result 2025–26 for Tier 1 will be declared by the end of January or the first week of February. Candidates are advised to keep their registration numbers ready to check their qualifying status as soon as the link goes live.
Once released, follow these steps to access your scores:
Visit the official website: ssc.gov.in.
Navigate to the ‘Results’ tab on the homepage.
Click on the ‘CHSL’ section.
Look for the link titled “Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2025 – List of Candidates Qualified for Tier 2.”
Download the SSC CHSL Result 2025 PDF and search for your roll number using 'Ctrl+F'.
The SSC CHSL Tier 1 Answer Key 2025 was previously released to allow candidates to calculate their raw scores. Those who raised objections against the provisional SSC CHSL Answer Key 2025 should note that the final answer key will be published alongside or shortly after the results, reflecting any valid corrections.
Experts suggest that the cut-off for the 2025 cycle may remain competitive due to the moderate difficulty level of the shifts. While the official SSC CHSL Tier 1 Cut Off 2025 will vary by category (UR, OBC, SC, ST, EWS), candidates scoring above 145-150 (for UR) are generally considered in the safe zone, depending on normalization.
General (UR): 137 – 142
OBC: 132 – 135
EWS: 134 – 137
SC: 130 – 133
ST: 125 – 128
Ex-Servicemen: 105 – 110
Candidates who find their names in the SSC CHSL Result 2025 PDF will be eligible for the Tier 2 examination.
Tier 2 Pattern: This stage includes Objective Multiple Choice Questions and a Skill Test/Typing Test.
Preparation Tip: Since the gap between the Tier 1 result and the Tier 2 exam is usually short, students should start practicing their typing speed and revising core subjects immediately.
