In a notification dated September 10, 2026, the Board asked all affiliated schools to begin preparing student-related information ahead of the upcoming registration and List of Candidates (LOC) submission process.

CBSE has highlighted the need for schools to carefully verify student details and subjects before submitting the data. The Board said that incorrect information or delays in LOC submission have caused avoidable difficulties during previous examination cycles. Schools have therefore been advised to keep all required details ready to ensure the examination process remains smooth.

According to the notification, the registration process for Classes 9 and 11 and the LOC submission for Classes 10 and 12 will begin shortly.
