What is the marking scheme for ICSE 2025?
Part I (30 marks): Short-answer questions covering the entire syllabus (Compulsory). - Part II (50 marks): Section A and Section B; answer two out of three questions from each section. 80 for the paper and 20 marks for internal assessment. - Map-based questions (20 marks).
Which grade is fail in ICSE?
ICSE exam divides the ICSE Grading system, which ranges from 1 being the highest and 9 the lowest. Very good is indicated by grades 1 and 2. Grades 3, 4 and 5 indicate a pass with credit, 6 and 7 indicate a pass and 8 and above a failure.

What is the top 5 rule in ICSE?
Lastly, the best of five subject marks are chosen out of the six. Usually, the subject with the lowest marks is not considered when calculating the percentage. The marks of the rest of the five subjects are added, and the sum is divided by 5 and further multiplied by 100 to get the percentage.
