Aspirants are required to submit a scanned copy of their GATE or GPAT scorecard.
Bank Passbook:

Caste Certificate:

Who is Not Eligible for the GATE Scholarship 2025?
The following criteria disqualify applicants from receiving the GATE Scholarship 2025:
Students must enroll within the validity period of their GATE score. Admissions outside this window, as well as applicants who have already completed their postgraduate studies, are not eligible.
Aspirants admitted through management quota, sponsored students, and foreign nationals are not eligible for the scholarship.
The scholarship requires a personal bank account in the student's name. Joint accounts or accounts under a guardian’s name are not permitted.
Students enrolled in part-time postgraduate courses are ineligible for the scholarship.
Without a valid certification (such as caste or disability certificates), applicants will be deemed ineligible.
OBC applicants belonging to the creamy layer are not eligible for the scholarship.
Students who have previously availed of scholarships from IITs, NITs, or other institutions cannot apply for the AICTE GATE scholarship 2025.
Institutes are required to upload the details of eligible postgraduate students to the AICTE portal by the specified last date. These details should pertain to students admitted to AICTE-approved programs and institutions during the respective academic year.
Following the data upload, institutes must distribute the unique ID generated by the system to all postgraduate students enrolled in these programs.
Students with a valid GATE score who are enrolled in AICTE-approved programs should then obtain the unique ID from their institute and use it to log in at the official website.
Upon login, students must upload scanned copies of all required original documents in JPEG or PDF format. These include:
Scanned copy of the GATE scorecard.
Scanned copy of the first page of the bank passbook.
It is important to note that only Aadhaar-linked active savings accounts are accepted. No-frill accounts, Jan Dhan accounts, accounts with transaction limits, and joint accounts are not permitted.
