The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Telangana has officially declared the TS SSC (Class 10) Results 2026 today, April 29. While the state celebrates a stellar pass percentage of 95.15%, many students may find their scores do not reflect their expectations. To address this, the Board has opened the window for Recounting and Re-verification of answer scripts.
Before diving into the revaluation process, here is a quick look at how the state performed this year:
Total Students: 5,26,166
Overall Pass Percentage: 95.15% (Significant jump from 92.78% in 2025)
Gender Performance: Girls outshined boys with a 96.26% pass rate vs 94.07% for boys.
Top District: Mulugu (99.30%)
Lowest District: Vikarabad (89.23%)
If you believe there has been an error in your marking, you have two distinct options. Note that the Board does not offer a full "re-evaluation" of the paper, but rather a structured check of the existing marking.
Fee: ₹500 per subject.
Scope: Only the totaling of marks will be checked to ensure no marks were missed during the final count.
Fee: ₹1,000 per subject.
Scope: Includes re-totaling, checking if all answers were evaluated, and verifying if marks were correctly posted.
Bonus: Students opting for re-verification do not need to apply for recounting separately.
Important Note: Requests for a fresh evaluation of the entire paper are not permitted under BSE Telangana guidelines.
