Documents to Carry with KCET 2026 Admit Card 

Entry into the examination centre will be prohibited without the required documents. Candidates need to carry the following items to the KCET 2026 examination centre:

• Printed KCET 2026 Admit Card: A clear printout of the downloaded hall ticket.

• Valid Photo Identity Proof: One original valid photo ID proof. Acceptable IDs include Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, 2nd PUC or Class 12th Standard Hall Ticket

KCET 2026 Exam Day Guidelines

All candidates need to adhere to the KCET 2026 Exam Day Guidelines in order to ensure a fair examination process. Here are guidelines every candidate should follow on exam day:

• Reporting Time: One needs to arrive at the examination centre at least 60 minutes before the exam to allow time for security checks and mandatory verification.

• Seating: Candidates need to sit in the seat assigned to their specific CET Number and roll number. 

• Invigilator Instructions: Carefully follow all instructions provided by the invigilator regarding the OMR sheet filling procedure. 

• OMR Sheet: Fill in all details, CET Number, Version Code, etc., on the OMR sheet. Use only the blue or black ballpoint pen.

• Attendance Sheet: Sign the attendance sheet and fix the passport-size photograph.

• Conduct: Maintain complete silence inside the examination hall. Any act of indiscipline with other candidates will result in immediate disqualification.

• Leaving Hall: Candidates are not allowed to leave the examination hall until the exam duration is officially complete and the invigilator permits them.

Prohibited Items at KCET Exam Centers

To ensure a fair, transparent, and secure examination environment, the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) enforces strict rules regarding items allowed inside the KCET 2026 exam hall.  Candidates are prohibited from carrying the following items inside the KCET 2026 examination center:

• Electronic Devices: Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, electronic writing pads, pagers, or any kind of Bluetooth device.

• Study Material: Books, notes, written or printed material, or loose sheets of paper.

• Personal Belongings: Bags, purses, wallets, goggles, or caps.

• Jewelry or Accessories: Any kind of metallic item, heavy jewellery 

• Stationery (Except Ballpoint Pen): Geometry box, pencil box, correction fluid, whitener, or eraser.

Important: Possession of any prohibited item will be treated as an act of malpractice and will lead to the cancellation of the application.
