During KCET document verification in 2024, you will need the following documents:- A copy of your KCET application form for 2024.
- A copy of your KCET admit card for 2024.
- Proof of payment for the KCET application fee.
- Your Class 10/SSLC mark sheet and certificate.
- Your Class 12/2nd PUC mark sheet and certificate.
- A 7-year study certificate, countersigned by the concerned BEO/DDPI.
- Two recent passport-size photographs.
- An income certificate.
- A rural study certificate.
- A caste certificate.
- Kannada medium certificate (if you studied in Kannada Medium from Class 1 to 10 in Karnataka or outside Karnataka).
- Parent's study certificate, parent's hometown certificate, parent's domicile certificate, parent's cumulative record, parent's employment certificate, or parent's marks card, etc., if you are claiming eligibility for Government seats based on your parent's domicile, study, or employment.
- An identity card issued by the Jurisdictional Deputy Commissioner/District Magistrate/Rehabilitation Commissioner if you are claiming eligibility for Government seats under the Jammu & Kashmiri Migrants quota.

Step 1 - Document Verification and Registration: All eligible candidates must go through a document verification process at designated centers. During this process, candidates need to present all the necessary documents. After successful verification, candidates will receive a unique ID and password. Step 2 - Choice Filling and Locking: After verification, candidates can log in using their KCET number to choose their preferred courses and colleges. They have the flexibility to add, rearrange, or modify their choices until the final date. No changes can be made after choices are locked. Allotment status can be checked online using the CET number. KCET 2024 counseling includes two rounds of allotment, a second extended round, and a special round.
