BDL Project Engineer Recruitment 2026: Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) is a government company under the Ministry of Defence. BDL makes weapons and tools for the Indian Armed Forces. Upper Age Limit

The normal age limit depends on the category of the candidate:

Educational Qualification

• Minimum Marks: General, OBC, and EWS candidates must score at least 60% total marks. SC and ST candidates need at least 55% marks.

• Rounding Rule: Marks cannot be rounded off. For example, 59.99% will not be counted as 60%.

Post-Qualification Experience

Candidates must have at least one year of industrial experience after completing their degree. College projects, internships, and teaching jobs do not count as industrial experience.

• Electronics: Experience in Embedded Systems, RF, Power Electronics, LabVIEW, or FPGA.

• Mechanical: Experience in CAD software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.

• Computer Science: Experience in making software applications using C, C++, Python, or software testing tools like LDRA and Polyspace.

BDL Project Engineer Selection Process 2026

BDL Project Engineer Selection Process 2026 is based entirely on a walk-in interview and past marks. Candidates must travel to the interview location at their own expense.

Interview Details

• Dates: June 6, 2026, and June 7, 2026.

• Time: Starts from 09:00 AM onwards. No entry is allowed after 02:00 PM.

• Venue: The Aeronautical Society of India (AeSI), Suranjan Das Road, Opposite Engine Division, Binna Mangala, New Tippasandra, Bengaluru-560075. (Near Vivekananda Metro Station) .

Document Verification

Candidates must bring the filled Bio-data form, one set of photocopies, and all original certificates. The required documents are:

• Class 10 mark sheet or Birth Certificate.

• Aadhar Card.

• Class 12 or Diploma certificates.

• Engineering degree and all semester mark sheets.

• Experience certificate and pay slips of the last 3 months.

• Bank statements or PF statements to prove salary payment.

• Caste or Disability certificate, if applicable.

BDL Project Engineer Salary 2026 is the fixed monthly payment that increases every year during the contract period.

• First Year: Rs. 30,000 per month

• Second Year: Rs. 33,000 per month
