BEL Recruitment 2025: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is a Navratna public sector company that operates under India’s Ministry of Defence.BEL has announced a recruitment drive for 32 Field Operation Engineers and Project Engineers.

Candidates holding B.E./B. Tech in related fields can appear for the walk-in Interview selection process on August 4, 2025 (For Project Engineer) and August 5, 2025 (For Field Operation Engineer) at 1.30 pm at their designated venues.

BEL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2025

To be eligible for Field Operation Engineer and Project Engineer vacancies announced by Bharat Electronics Limited must fulfill the following eligibility norms:

Educational qualification

• Both require a 4-year B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering degree in Electronics discipline from AICTE/UGC approved colleges.

• FOE requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience.

• Project Engineer-I requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience.

• Relevant experience includes Satellite Communication, Networking, Data Centre Operations, Cloud computing, Database administration, and working knowledge of Routing and Switching protocols.

Age Limit

• Field Operation Engineer: Max 40 years (general); OBC +3 years; SC/ST +5 years; PwBD additional 10 years.

• Project Engineer-I: Max 32 years (general); same relaxations as above.

BEL Selection Process 2025

The BEL Selection Process 2025 is based on Walk-in selection with on-the-spot registration.

• Selection will be through a written test followed by an interview. Based on the Written Test score, candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the order of merit in the ratio 1:5. 

• Written test followed by interview; shortlisted candidates ratio 1:5 based on written test merit.

• The minimum qualifying marks are 35% for General/EWS/OBC and 30% for SC/ST/PwBD in both the written and interview.

• Candidates must appear at St. Peter’s High School, Jammu, with prescribed documents.

BEL Salary  2025

BEL Field Operation Officer Salary starts at Rs. 60,000/- per month (consolidated) with 10% area allowance for field-posted candidates and other yearly benefits; this increases progressively over three years.

BEL Project Engineer-I Salary starts at Rs. 40,000 per month, increasing yearly over four years, with a retention bonus for those completing 4 years.
