CEL GET Salary and Job Profile 2026 is structured to provide competitive stipends during the training period and attractive salaries upon absorption.

Trainee Stipend

• First Year: Trainees receive a stipend of ₹40,000 per month.

• Second Year: The stipend increases to ₹45,000 per month.
  This stipend structure applies to both Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) and Management Trainees.

Post-Training Compensation

• Upon successful completion of the training period, trainees are absorbed into the organisation at the E1 Grade.

• The salary scale for an E1 Grade Engineer, such as a Deputy Engineer, ranges from ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000.

• This compensation package includes a 3% annual increment along with all applicable government allowances and benefits.

• The approximate initial CTC (Cost to Company) at the E1 level is calculated at ₹12.14 lakhs per annum.

• Future promotions to higher grades can lead to significantly increased CTCs, potentially reaching up to ₹20-23 lakhs per annum in senior roles.
