Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board has started the DSSSB JE Apply Online 2026 process from 24 February to 25 March 2026 for 281+ Junior Engineer (Civil) vacancies under Advt. 01/2026. The application fee is ₹100, while Female, SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted. Selection will be through a Tier-1 Computer Based Test (CBT).

How to Apply Online for DSSSB JE 2026?

The application process is completely online through the official DSSSB website. There are two types of candidates:

1. Existing Users – Click on Sign In and enter login details.

2. New Users – Click on New Registration and follow the steps below.

Step 1: New Registration Process

In the new registration portal, fill the following details carefully:

• Full Name (as per Class 10 certificate)
  
  

• Date of Birth

• Class 10 Roll Number

• Year of Passing

• Gender

• Nationality

• Father’s Name

• Mother’s Name

• Mobile Number (OTP verification required)

• Email ID

 Important: Enter details exactly as per your 10th certificate. Mistakes can lead to disqualification.

Aadhaar Details (Optional but Recommended)

If you select "Yes":

Create Password

Password must include:

• 1 Uppercase letter

• 1 Lowercase letter

• 1 Digit

• 1 Special character

Example: Abc@123

After filling all details:

• Click Preview

• Verify details

• Save as PDF

• Tick Declaration

• Submit Registration

You will receive login credentials via email and SMS.

Step 2: Login & Apply for New Application

After registration:

• Enter Date of Birth

• Enter Class 10 Roll Number

• Enter Passing Year

• Enter Password

• Enter Captcha

Click on Apply for New Application.

Available recruitments include:

• Legal Assistant

• Assistant Engineer (Civil)

• Junior Engineer (Civil)

Step 3: Fill Personal Details

Some fields auto-fill from registration.

You need to enter:

• Marital Status

• Present Address with PIN code

• Permanent Address with PIN code

• Category (UR / OBC / EWS / SC / ST)

Category Important Note

• OBC Delhi candidates must enter:

• Certificate Number

• Issue Date

• Issuing Authority

• Issuing State (Delhi)

• OBC Outside Delhi candidates will be treated as UR.

Also fill sub-category if applicable:

• Ex-serviceman

• Sports person

• PwBD etc.

Tick Declaration → Click Next.

Step 4: Upload Photograph, Signature & Thumb Impression

Photograph Specifications

• Format: JPG

• Size: 50 KB – 300 KB

• Resolution: 480 × 672 pixels

• 96 DPI

• Postcard size (5 × 7 inch ratio)

You can use MS Paint to resize the image.

Signature Specifications

• Format: JPG

• Size: Max 40 KB

• Width: 140 pixels

• Height: 110 pixels

Left & Right Thumb Impression

• Format: JPG

• Size: Max 40 KB

• Width: 110 pixels

• Height: 140 pixels

Upload correctly — Left thumb in left section and Right thumb in right section.

Step 5: Qualification & Experience Details

Select qualification as mentioned in advertisement:

• Degree in Civil Engineering

• 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Diploma + 1 Year Experience

• Diploma + 2 Years Experience

Fill:

• Discipline

• Percentage (up to 2 decimal places)

• University Name

• State

• Passing Month & Year

Click Insert → Verify → Next

You can still edit:

• Personal Details

• Photo/Signature

• Qualification

Step 6: Application Fee Payment

Application Fee: ₹100
