• Associate Engineer Grade II – Mechanical: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Mechanical Engg.) with a minimum of 60% marks and 5 years of relevant experience.

• Associate Officer Grade II – Warehouse (Material Management): Graduate in Arts/Commerce/Science with a Diploma in Material Management with a minimum of 55% marks and 14 years of relevant experience.

• Associate Engineer Grade III – Civil: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Civil Engg.) with a minimum of 60% marks and 9 years of relevant experience.

• Associate Engineer Grade III – Mechanical: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Mechanical Engg.) with a minimum of 60% marks and 9 years of relevant experience.

• Associate Engineer Grade III – Welding/NDT: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Mechanical Engg.) with a minimum of 60% marks AND To be released., and 9 years of relevant experience.

• Associate Engineer Grade IV – Civil: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Civil Engg.) with a minimum of 60% marks and 13 years of relevant experience.

EIL Associate Engineer Selection Process 2026

EIL Associate Engineer Selection Process 2026  involves a two-stage evaluation: document verification and a personal interview. Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria and bring all necessary original documents for verification on the day of the walk-in interview.

1. Document Verification (Screening): Bring the required documents and 6 copies of the duly filled online application form with an affixed photograph, a valid photo ID, proof of birth date, educational certificates (mark sheets and passing certificates), CGPA/percentage conversion norms (if applicable), experience certificates, category certificates (if applicable), Ex-Servicemen certificates (if applicable), and a No Objection Certificate (for candidates currently employed).
