This recruitment drive aims to engage dynamic and eligible ITI pass-out candidates for a one-year Apprenticeship Training program across various technical trades for the 2026–27 session.

Candidates holding an ITI certificate in the following trades from government or government-affiliated institutes are eligible to register for the training program:
Fitter
Turner
Machinist / Machinist Grinder
Welder
Electronics Mechanic
Electrician
Instrument Mechanic
Electroplater
Refrigeration & AC Mechanic
Draughtsman Mechanical
Sheet Metal Worker
COPA / PASAA
Candidates must possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) or State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT) in the relevant engineering or technical trade.
Eligible Pass-out Years: Only candidates who cleared their ITI exams in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible to apply.
Candidates with "Result Awaited" or pending back-papers/supplementary exams are strictly NOT eligible.
Maximum Age: 27 Years
Age Relaxation: Relaxations for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, and PwD candidates will follow standardized government guidelines.
Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly stipend throughout their 12-month training period. The stipend amount aligns with the guidelines governed by the Apprentices Act, 1961:
1-Year ITI Trade Course: ₹7,700/- per month
2-Year ITI Trade Course: ₹8,050/- per month
The selection system features zero written examinations or face-to-face interviews. Candidates are evaluated through a pure Merit-Based System:
Merit List Formulation: Initial shortlisting relies on a weightage distribution between the applicant's academic marks:
SSC / 10th Marks: 70% Weightage
ITI Course Marks: 30% Weightage
Document Verification (DV): Provisionally shortlisted individuals matching the merit threshold must present their original certificates for confirmation.
Eligible aspirants must follow this two-step process to successfully register for the apprentice training:
Visit the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) official registration site: apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
Register as a "Candidate" and complete your profile by uploading your 10th marksheet, ITI certificate, Aadhaar card, signature, and completing the KYC verification.
Note down your unique system-generated Apprentice Registration Number.

Open the application link matching Advertisement No. HAL-ADL/2652/26/02/TRG.
Fill in your personal details, academic scores, and your NAPS portal registration number.
