Stage 1 – Preliminary Exam

The RPSC AEN Preliminary Exam is a crucial screening step. It evaluates candidates' general and technical knowledge. This stage is qualifying in nature. Marks obtained here do not count towards the final merit list. Candidates must achieve the minimum qualifying marks set by RPSC to advance to the next stage.

Stage 2 – Mains Exam

Stage 3 – Interview

Candidates who clear the Mains Exam proceed to the Interview stage. This round carries 72 marks. 

The Interview assesses the candidate's general character and personality. It also evaluates knowledge about Rajasthani culture. Performance in the interview significantly impacts the final selection.

Stage 4 – Document Verification / Medical Test

After the interview, candidates undergo document verification. This step confirms the eligibility of aspirants. Required documents include educational certificates, engineering degree mark sheets, identity proof, category certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, and passport-size photographs. 

Aspirants must keep all essential documents ready in advance to avoid disqualification. A medical test may also be conducted to ensure candidates meet the physical standards for the job.
