GSRLM Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria 

Eligibility conditions include minimum educational qualifications and relevant work experience for each post. All positions are contractual and demand proven expertise.

State Program Manager – Value Addition, Market Linkage & Cluster Development

• Qualification: Postgraduate degree or diploma in Rural Management, Food Processing, or Marketing.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Monthly Remuneration: ₹60,000

Mission Executive – HR/Admin

• Qualification: Postgraduate degree or diploma in HR Management, Personnel Management, or Business Administration.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Monthly Remuneration: ₹30,000

Block Manager – Livelihood

• Qualification: B.Sc in Agriculture/Animal Husbandry, B.B.A in Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years (for PG degree holders), 3+ years (for Graduates).
• Monthly Remuneration: ₹25,000

Block Manager – Financial Inclusion

• Qualification: B.Com, B.B.A (Finance), or any related field.

The Goa State Rural Livelihood Mission (GSRLM) has released a detailed schedule for the walk-in interviews for all 17 posts. Each post has a specific interview date and time. All candidates must complete the registration and document verification process between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the day of the interview. The interview will start from 2:30 PM onwards at the venue: DRDA – North, Spaces Building, 7th Floor, Patto, Panaji, Goa.
