IFFCO AGT Recruitment 2025: The Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited invited online applications from eligible candidates offering Agriculture Graduate Trainee (AGT) positions across its existing establishments, Joint Ventures and future projects anywhere in India or abroad. Candidates who completed a four-year B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree from a recognized university or institute with at least 60% aggregate marks and an age limit not above 30 years are eligible to apply for this recruitment drive. 

The online applications from eligible candidates were accepted from March 1 to March 15, 2025. The preliminary online examination is scheduled to be held on May 8, 2025.

The IFFCO AGT Exam 2025 is a national-level recruitment test conducted by Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited for selecting agriculture graduates for Trainee roles. The exam consists of four stages, viz, Prelims Online Test,, Final Online Test, Interview and Medical Examination.

The prelims exam is worth 150 marks to assess candidates' knowledge on various aspects, including agriculture, reasoning, analytical ability, numerical ability, general awareness, and communication skills.

Upon completion of all the stages, candidates will have to undergo a training period of one year. During the training period, candidates will get a stipend of Rs. 33,000 per month. On absorption, candidates will earn a basic pay of Rs. 37,000/- in the scale of Rs. 37,000-70,000 plus allowances.

To successfully apply for IFFCO AGT Recruitment 2025, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria discussed below:

IFFCO AGT Educational Qualification 2025

• Candidates must possess a 4-year B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree from a UGC recognized University or Institution.
• The minimum aggregate in the qualifying degree should be 60% marks (for General/OBC) or 55% marks (for SC/ST).
• Candidates must have completed the essential qualification in the year 2022, and thereafter, can only apply. 
• Candidate must be well-versed in reading, writing and speaking knowledge of the regional language of the State for which they wish to apply. Knowledge of Hindi is desirable.

IFFCO AGT Age Limit 2025

The maximum age limit of candidates should not be above 30 years as on 1st March 2025. However, the upper age is relaxable by 5 years for SCs/STs & by 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates.

• Preliminary Online Test - It's a screening test conducted in an open environment using the candidate's own laptop/computer and internet connection.
• Final Online Test - It is conducted at various cities including Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Lucknow, and Nagpur. This test aims to assess the candidate's in-depth knowledge across core subjects.
• Personal Interview - Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview to assess their technical knowledge, personality and communication skills.
