• A bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university or institute, including those who have completed an Integrated Dual Degree (IDD).
• Candidates holding professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Engineer, or Medical qualifications are also eligible.

Work Experience: 

• Applicants must have at least one year of experience, after obtaining their qualification, working as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or a Regional Rural Bank that appears in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India.
• Experience gained in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), cooperative banks, Payment Banks, Small Finance Banks, or fintech companies will not be accepted.
