Wealth Executive: Graduation in any discipline plus valid certification (IC 38, NISM Series V-A, XXI-A, or V-D) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in financial products.
Credit Analyst: Graduation with Chartered Accountant (CA) or 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM in Finance/Banking with a minimum of 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.
Technical & Engineering Officers: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering with 2 to 7 years of post-qualification field experience.
Information Security: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in CS/IT/Cyber Security with CISA, CISM, CEH, or CISSP certifications and relevant domain experience.
Age Limit:
Wealth Executive (JMG/S-I): 22 to 32 years
Credit Analyst (MMG/S-II): 21 to 33 years
Technical / IT / Security Roles: 23 to 43 years (depending on grade scale I to IV)
Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10–15 years for PwBD candidates.
