The Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) established in 1942, is an Autonomous body under the aegis of the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. CSIR has released the CSIR Recruitment 2023 Notification for the 444 SO and ASO vacancies. Through this recruitment drive, a total of 444 vacancies of which 76 posts are reserved for the Section Officer position and 368 posts for the Assistant Section Officer position will be filled. CSIR Recruitment 2023 Application Fee
To apply online for CSIR Recruitment 2023 candidates have to pay a certain amount of application fee in online mode. Candidates belonging to the general, OBC and EWS category are required to pay Rs. 500/- and candidates from the Women/SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/CSIR Departmental Candidates are exempted from the application fee. Following are the steps to apply for CSIR Recruitment 2023- Step 1: Visit the official portal of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) at https://www.csir.res.in/. Step 2: Scroll down the homepage and click on the link reading “CSIR – COMBINED ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES EXAMINATION – 2023 (CASE – 2023)”. Step 3: A new page appears on the click on Register Now. Enter your valid mobile number and email id and verify by using OTP then click on Proceed. Step 4: Enter your required details carefully like candidate name, category, Aadhar Number, mobile number, email ID etc, then select city preference for the examination and then click on Save and Continue. Step 5: Enter your educational qualification and click on the Submit button. Step 6: Upload relevant documents/certificates/testimonials along with their recent colored photograph and signature in a specified format. CSIR Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
The selection of the candidates for CSIR Recruitment 2023 will be based on Online Exam, Interview and Computer Proficiency Test (CPT). Candidates who clear the online exam will be invited to appear for the Interview round followed by Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) for final selection.
