IBPS Clerk Short Notification 2026 has been officially released by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) for the recruitment of Customer Service Associates (CSA) in participating Public Sector Banks for the vacancies of 2027–28 under CRP CSA-XVI. The online registration process will begin on 1 August 2026 and continue till 21 August 2026. Eligible graduates can submit their applications through the official IBPS website.

Earlier known as the IBPS Clerk Recruitment, the post has now been renamed as Customer Service Associate (CSA). The recruitment process includes Preliminary and Main Online Examinations, followed by provisional allotment to participating banks.

The IBPS Clerk Apply Online 2026 process will be conducted entirely through the official IBPS website.

  1. Visit the official IBPS website.

  2. Click on CRP CSA-XVI Recruitment.

  3. Register using a valid email ID and mobile number.

  4. Fill in the online application form.

  5. Upload photograph, signature, thumb impression, and handwritten declaration.

  6. Pay the application fee online.

  7. Submit the application form.

  8. Download and print the confirmation page.

IBPS Clerk Selection Process 2026

The IBPS Clerk Selection Process 2026 consists of the following stages:

Stage 1: Preliminary Examination

Stage 2: Main Examination

Candidates qualifying the prelims will be shortlisted for the mains examination.

Stage 3: Provisional Allotment

Final allotment will be made based on the marks obtained in the Main Examination and the preferences submitted by candidates.

There is no interview for IBPS Clerk recruitment.
