The MP Apex Bank Officer Grade Recruitment 2026 released the Madhya Pradesh Cooperative Bank Officer Notification on 6th January 2026. This recruitment drive aims to fill 313 Officer Grade positions across various categories in 38 District Central Cooperative Banks throughout Madhya Pradesh. The selection process for the recruitment involves a two-stage procedure: an Online Examination (Computer-Based Test) followed by a Personal Interview and Document Verification.

The online exam is designed to assess candidates on general awareness, reasoning ability, quantitative aptitude, and computer knowledge relevant to the officer role. MP Apex Bank Exam Pattern 2026

• MP Apex Bank Exam is conducted through online mode.
• MP Apex Bank Exam 2026 consists of  5 sections i.e. Logical reasoning, English language, Numerical ability, General awareness, and Computer Skills.
• Duration of Exam- 140 Minutes to complete the examination.
• Negative marking of 0.25 for incorrect responses.

The Online Examination Structure for Senior Management Grade-2, including positions such as Computer Programmer, Financial Analyst, and Internal Auditor, outlines the stages, marking scheme, and subjects for assessment to evaluate candidates’ professional and technical competencies.

The online examination for Middle Management Grade-1 & 2 positions is designed to evaluate candidates on general awareness, reasoning ability, quantitative aptitude, and professional knowledge relevant to the specific post.

MP Apex Bank Interview 2026 

• For each advertised vacant post, a maximum of 3 candidates will qualify to appear in an interview as per their standing in the common merit list of the online exam.(i.e., top 3). In case less than 3 candidates qualify for the online exam for a post, then all such candidates shall be deemed qualified to appear for an interview. No candidate shall be considered for final selection without appearing in a Personal Interview.
• Based on the marks obtained in the online written examination and interview against the advertised posts, the combined merit list of candidates will be obtained from IBPS Mumbai.
• Online examination will consist of two stages i.e. online examination and personal interview. Online examinations and personal interviews will be worth 200 and 20 marks respectively.
• The merit of the candidates applying will be decided based on the total marks obtained in the online examination and Interview. A waiting list of the candidates will be prepared up to a minimum of one and up to 50 percent of the total vacant posts. The validity of such a merit list will be for one year from the date of Publication of the result.
• The common gradation list post-wise and category-wise shall be prepared based on the total marks obtained in online examinations and personal interviews.

For Senior Management Grade-2 (Computer Programmer, Financial Analyst, Internal Auditor): The candidates must obtain a minimum of 40% marks in Professional Knowledge and 40% overall marks in the online examination to be eligible for an interview.

For Middle Management Grade-1&2 (Branch Manager, Computer Programmer-2, Accountant): The candidates will have to obtain a minimum of 40% marks out of the total marks in the online examination to be eligible for the interview.
