• Scale-II Managers: Relevant degree (MBA Finance, LLB, CS, Professional Degree) with a minimum of 3 years of mandatory relevant work experience in Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions. (5 years for Security Officer).

• Scale-III Senior Managers: Post-graduate or specialised degrees in relevant streams with a minimum of 5 years of mandatory work experience in related sectors.
