PFRDA Grade A Notification 2026 Out: The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has announced recruitment for 30 Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) posts. PFRDA Grade A Notification 2026 has been released on September 3, 2026.  The vacancies are available in the General, Research, Actuary and Official Language (Rajbhasha) streams.

The online application process has also started on September 3, 2026. Eligible candidates can apply online until September 24, 2026. The Phase I online examination will be held on October 15, 2026, while the Phase II exam is scheduled for November 20, 2026.

PFRDA Grade A Exam Date 2026 has been announced in the official notification for the candidates. Candidates need to face two rounds of the selection process, including the Phase I and Phase II exams. Then, there will be interview round for the candidates who pass the two stages. PFRDA Grade A Exam Date for the Phase I exam is October 15, 2026 and the Phase II exam is November 20, 2026.

1. Visit the official PFRDA website.

2. Open the Careers section.

3. Select the Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) 2026 recruitment link.

PFRDA Grade A Application Fee 2026

PFRDA Grade A Application Fee 2026 is the amount to be paid for submitting the application form. 

• Candidates belonging to the General, EWS and OBC categories have to pay Rs 1,000, including GST. 

• The application fee is nil for SC, ST, PwBD and Ex-servicemen candidates.

• Candidates applying for more than one stream must submit a separate application and pay the required fee for each stream. Candidates can apply for a maximum of two streams if they are eligible for them.

PFRDA Grade A Eligibility Criteria 2026

PFRDA Grade A Eligibility Criteria 2026 includes the age limit and educational qualification depending on the category on the posts notified in the official notification. 

Educational Qualification

• General: Master’s degree/2-year PG Diploma, Law, Engineering or accepted professional qualifications.

• Research: Master’s degree/PG Diploma in specified subjects such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science and related fields.

• Actuary: Graduation + all seven Core Principles subjects of the Institute of Actuaries of India.

• Official Language: Required Master’s degree in Hindi/Translation or specified subjects.

• Computer Skills: Knowledge of MS Office is required.

PFRDA Grade A Age Limit 2026

• Maximum Age: 30 years

• Cut-off Date: July 31, 2026

• Date of Birth: On or after August 1, 1996

• SC/ST: Up to 5 years relaxation

• OBC: Up to 3 years relaxation

• PwBD/Ex-servicemen: Relaxation as per notification

PFRDA Grade A Selection Process 2026

The selection process has three stages:

• Phase I – Online Screening Examination

• Phase II – Online Examination

• Phase III – Interview

PFRDA Grade A Interview 2026

Candidates who qualify in Phase II will be called for the interview. The final selection will be based on the marks obtained in Phase II and the interview.

Phase II marks will have an 85% weightage, while the interview will have a 15% weightage in the final selection.

PFRDA Grade A Salary 2026

PFRDA Grade A Salary 2026 is Rs 62,500-3,600 (4)-76,900-4,050 (7)-1,05,250-EB-4,050 (4)-1,21,450-4,650 (1)-1,26,100.

The notification states that the gross monthly emoluments at the minimum of the pay scale are approximately Rs 2.05 lakh, including various allowances and PFRDA's contribution towards NPS.

Selected candidates will also receive benefits such as medical expenses, leave fare concession, personal accident insurance, education allowance and other benefits as applicable to Officer Grade A employees.
