Enter your first name, middle name (if applicable), and last name, confirming each entry. Provide and confirm an active mobile number and email address. Enter the security code displayed on the screen and click "Save and Next". Upon successful saving, a Registration Number and Password will be generated; note these down carefully for future reference.

2. Uploading Photograph and Signature

The next step involves uploading your scanned photograph and signature. First, upload your scanned photograph, ensuring its file size is between 20 KB and 50 KB. Be careful not to upload your signature in the photograph field.

After uploading the scanned photograph, you must capture a live photo using the "Capture Photo" feature via your webcam. Subsequently, upload your scanned signature. Confirm both uploads by checking the "I confirm" boxes and then click "Next" to proceed.

3. Basic Details and Preferences

This section requires specific details to determine your eligibility and preferences. When asked "Are you a graduate…", you must select 'No' to be eligible for this post. Select your appropriate category (e.g., General, OBC, SC, ST) and ensure you possess the necessary supporting documents for it. Select the state from which you completed your 10th standard.

  • This is a very important point: you can only apply for an office located in the same state from which you passed your 10th standard. For example, if you passed your 10th from Uttar Pradesh, you can only apply for offices in Kanpur or Lucknow.

  • Choose your preferred examination centers. Select the applicable language for the Language Proficiency Test (LPT) based on your chosen state.

  • Fill in other details concerning disability, ex-serviceman status, or current/past employment with RBI as relevant; for most applicants, these options will be 'No'.

4. Personal, Address, and Bank Details

Provide your personal information including Nationality, Date of Birth, Gender, Marital Status, Father's Name, and Mother's Name. Fill in your Correspondence Address, which is where you currently reside (e.g., if you are studying away from home), and your Permanent Address, which is your official home address.

If both addresses are the same, you can fill the Correspondence Address and then check the "Same as Correspondence Address" box. Finally, provide your bank account details, including Account Name, Account Number, Bank Name, Branch, and IFSC Code. After completing all fields, click "Validate your details" to check for any errors before proceeding. Once verified, click "Save and Next".

5. Qualification and Language Details

Enter your educational qualifications. Details of your 10th Standard (SSC) are mandatory. Details of your 12th Standard (HSC) are optional for this application.

List all languages you know and check the corresponding boxes to indicate your proficiency in Reading, Writing, and Speaking for each. Click "Save and Next" to continue.

6. Application Preview and Final Submission

A comprehensive preview of your entire application will be displayed, including all the information you have filled in, your scanned photo, and your live captured photo. This is a crucial step for review. Carefully examine every single detail to ensure there are no mistakes. If any errors are found, use the "Back" button to navigate to the relevant section and make corrections. Once you are absolutely certain all information is accurate, check the "I Agree" box and then click "Complete Registration" to finalize this stage.

7. Uploading Final Documents

After completing the registration, you will be prompted to upload the remaining required documents. First, upload the scanned image of your LEFT thumb impression in the designated field; a preview will appear for verification. Next, upload the scanned image of your handwritten declaration in the second field; a preview will also be shown. Enter the security code displayed and click "Save and Next".

8. Fee Payment

You will be redirected to the payment gateway to complete your application. Multiple payment options are available, such as Debit Card, Credit Card, and UPI. A convenient method is to select QR Code, choose an option like BHIM UPI, and then scan the displayed QR code with your preferred payment application to finalize the transaction. Once the payment is successful, your application form for the RBI Office Attendant post is fully submitted.
