The basic salary of SBI (State Bank of India) Probationary Officer (PO) is Rs. 41,960/- (with four increments) in the scale 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840 applicable to the junior management degree. The scale Salary of an SBI Probationary Officer is Rs. 52000/- to Rs. 58000/- per month. While IBPS PO revised basic pay structure (as per 11th bilateral agreement) is Rs. 36000 - (980 x 7) INR ) - 42860 - (1145 x 2) – 45150 – (1310 x 7) – 54320, and own salary is Rs. 57,289, which may vary from place to place.
