SBI SCO Selection Process 2025 combines two stages of shortlisting candidates with an interview round. Candidates should fill in the information in the online form for SBI SCO Recruitment 2025 properly. They can be shortlisted to appear in the interview round accordingly.
Shortlisting: Candidates satisfying the minimum qualification, experience, and other criteria will be provisionally shortlisted. Meeting the minimum norms does not guarantee being called for an interview; the shortlisting committee of SBI will define parameters.
Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an in-person/online interaction (as per the Bank’s decision). The interview carries 100 marks.
Merit List: Final selection is based only on the score obtained in the Interview. In case multiple candidates secure the same marks (common cut-off), the tie will be broken by age, in descending order.
SBI SCO Salary and Pay Scale 2025 includes the basic salary, combined with the perks and allowances. It depends on the Manager and Deputy Manager level positions in SBI. Candidates are eligible to get the perks like dearness allowance, house rent, travel, and medical leaves.
