The SEBI Assistant Manager pay scale for 2025 starts with a basic salary of Rs. 62,500 per month, reflecting a significant hike from the previous Rs. 44,500. This basic pay grows progressively with annual increments and spans up to around Rs. 1,26,100 over a 17-year service period. In addition to the basic pay, officers receive various allowances such as Dearness Allowance, Special Allowance, and Family Allowance, which substantially increase the overall monthly income. SEBI Grade A Salary 2025
- In the first year, the basic salary of a SEBI Grade A officer is ₹44,500.
- These are annual increments of ₹42,500.
- So after five years, your basic salary will be ₹54,500.
- 6th to 12th . for service (7 years) your basic pay will be enhanced by ₹2850 per year.
- So at the end of 12th year of service your basic pay will be ₹74450.
- EB stands for Efficiency Bonus.
- The next 4 annual increments are ₹ 2,850. Hence the basic pay will be reduced to ₹ 85,850.
- Your next annual increase in basic pay will be ₹ 3,300. This means the basic salary would be ₹ 89,150 at the end of 17 years.
