
UIIC AO Selection Process 2026: Candidates who want to secure a career in the insurance sector must understand the selection process before applying. The UIIC AO Selection Process 2026 consists of two stages: Online Examination and Interview.
The first stage is the Online Examination, and based on performance, candidates are shortlisted for the Interview round. The final selection is made after the Interview.
Candidates who clear both stages will be considered for the UIIC Administrative Officer (Scale-I) post.

The UIIC AO Exam 2026 will be conducted in online mode. The exam consists of objective-type questions divided into multiple sections.

Candidates who qualify in the Online Examination will be called for the Interview round (up to three times the number of vacancies).
Selected candidates will be appointed as Administrative Officer (Scale-I) on a probation period of 1 year, which may be extended.
Before joining, candidates must sign a bond to serve the company for a minimum of 5 years, including probation.
