3. BBA / MBA in Banking / Finance / HR from a recognized institution (UGC/AICTE approved).

4. Full-time PGDM in Banking / Finance / HR from a recognized institution.

Junior Manager

Candidates must fulfill any one of the following criteria:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with at least 55% marks, or a Bachelor’s Degree with Economics/Mathematics/Statistics as a subject with at least 55% marks from a recognized university.
   • Must have minimum ‘O’ Level certificate in Computer or equivalent.

OR

Assistant Typist

• Graduation from a recognized university in India.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM in English and 40 WPM in Hindi is required.

Assistant Engineer (Civil)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university in India,
  OR an equivalent qualification recognized by a government institution.

Age Limit (As on 01/01/2026)

• Maximum Age: 40 years

UP Cooperative Bank Exam Pattern 2026

The UP Cooperative Bank Recruitment 2026 examination will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The selection process includes two stages: Preliminary (Prelims) and Main (Mains) examination. Candidates shortlisted for the Mains exam will be approximately 15 times the number of vacancies, based on their performance in the Prelims.
