The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) in coordination with the Department of Technical Education (DTE AP) has officially announced the AP EAMCET seat allotment 2026 for Phase 1 online counselling. Candidates who participated in the web options entry for engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm.D), and agriculture programs can now check their seat allocation status on the official admissions portal at cap.apcfss.in.
Allocations are determined automatically by evaluating the candidate’s AP EAPCET merit rank, category reservations (OC, BC, SC, ST, EWS, PwD, Sports, NCC), regional quotas (Local 85% vs Non-Local 15%), and the prioritization order of web options submitted during choice filling. Candidates who have been allotted a seat must complete both online self-reporting and physical reporting at their assigned institute within the stipulated window to secure their seat.
AP EAMCET 2026 Phase 1 Seat Allotment Result has been released by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). Candidates who participated in the counselling process can check their allotment status through the official counselling portal using their login details.
The Phase 1 allotment is based on the candidate’s rank, category, availability of seats and web options entered during counselling. Candidates allotted seats must complete self-reporting and report to their respective colleges between August 10 and 15, 2026.

Receiving an allotment order is provisional. To confirm your admission, you must complete two sequential reporting procedures:
Log in to the candidate portal on cap.apcfss.in.
Click on the "Self-Reporting System" link.
Accept the seat online to generate a unique Joining Report / Admission Code.
Confirming online self-reporting registers your acceptance on the central APSCHE server without forfeiting your seat.
Visit the assigned college in person between August 10 and August 15, 2026 during regular working hours.
Submit your Joining Report, Provisional Allotment Letter, and original academic certificates for physical verification.
Pay any applicable remaining college fee or administrative charges.
Important Warning: Failing to complete online self-reporting OR failing to physically report at the college by August 15, 2026, will automatically cancel your allotted seat. The cancelled seat will then be moved into the Phase 2 vacancy matrix.
Carry original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies during physical reporting:
AP EAPCET 2026 Rank Card and Hall Ticket
AP EAMCET Provisional Seat Allotment Letter & Online Joining Report
Class 10 (SSC) Marksheet or Equivalent (Date of Birth Proof)
Intermediate / Class 12 Marks Memo & Pass Certificate

Integrated Caste Certificate (BC/SC/ST, if applicable) issued by Meeseva / AP Revenue Dept
Income Certificate / EWS Certificate (For fee reimbursement eligibility)

Recent Passport-size Photographs (6–8 copies)
If you are unsatisfied with your Phase 1 allotment or wish to aim for a higher preference branch or university campus, keep the following rules in mind:
Seat Retention Condition: Complete Phase 1 self-reporting and physical reporting to lock your current seat as a safety option. If you get upgraded in Phase 2, your Phase 1 seat automatically gets cancelled and reallocated to another candidate.
Fresh Option Entry for Phase 2: APSCHE will release a seat vacancy matrix prior to Phase 2. All registered candidates can modify or submit fresh choices for the remaining seats.
The declaration of the AP EAMCET seat allotment 2026 opens the final admission phase for engineering and pharmacy seats across Andhra Pradesh. Candidates must act promptly to ensure their seat is secured.
