TG Inter 2nd Year Maths Model Paper Pattern

The paper follows three sections. You need to follow the instructions given for each section while practising.

Section A: Very Short Answer Questions

Section A contains 10 questions. Each question carries 2 marks, making the section worth 20 marks. You have to attempt all questions.

In Mathematics Paper-II(A), the questions include topics such as complex numbers, trigonometric functions, equations, permutations and combinations, binomial coefficients, mean deviation and Poisson distribution.

In Mathematics Paper-II(B), Section A includes questions on circles, tangents, common chords, parabolas, hyperbolas, integration, areas and differential equations.

Section B: Short Answer Questions

Section B contains 7 questions, numbered 11 to 17. You have to attempt any five questions. Each question carries 4 marks. The section has a total of 20 marks.

Paper-II(A) includes questions based on complex numbers, inequalities, number formation, combinations, partial fractions and probability. It also includes a probability question involving two students attempting to solve a problem independently.

Paper-II(B) includes questions on the length of a chord, angles between circles, properties of an ellipse, tangent and normal, tangents to a hyperbola, definite integration and differential equations.

Section C: Long Answer Questions

Section C contains 7 questions, numbered 18 to 24. You have to attempt any five questions. Each question carries 7 marks, making the section worth 35 marks.

Paper-II(A) includes long-answer questions on complex numbers, equations, binomial theorem, infinite series, statistics and probability. The final questions also include independent events, the multiplication theorem of probability and a discrete random variable.

Paper-II(B) includes long-answer questions on circles, touching circles, the standard form of a parabola, integration, reduction formulae, and differential equations.

The TS Intermediate 2nd Year Maths Model Paper for Paper-II(B) includes questions related to coordinate geometry, calculus and differential equations.

How to Use the TG Inter 2nd Year Maths Model Paper

You can follow a simple practice plan while solving the model papers.
