CA Advanced ITT and MCS Course registration is a one-time opportunity for eligible CA Final pass candidates who could not apply for ICAI membership because they had not completed the required Advanced Information Technology Training (Adv. ITT) and/or Management & Communication Skills (MCS) Course.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has introduced this special opportunity for candidates who passed the CA Final Examination under the earlier education schemes but could not complete these mandatory courses. Eligible candidates can now complete the courses through the Digital Learning Hub (DLH).
CA Advanced ITT registration 2026 and CA MCS course registration 2026 will start from August 1, 2026. The registration window will remain open until June 30, 2027.
The opportunity is available only for eligible candidates covered under the special one-time measure. Candidates who fall under this category can register for the required course through the DLH platform.

Advanced ITT MCS course for CA Final pass candidates is meant for students who passed the CA Final Examination under earlier schemes up to November 2023. They did not complete the Advanced IT Training and/or MCS Course. These candidates are being given a one-time opportunity to complete the courses virtually.
Candidates who are shown as inactive students on the ICAI SSP Portal must first revalidate their registration by paying the prescribed revalidation fee. After this, they must register on the DLH platform for the virtual training.
The last date for Advanced ITT and MCS registration is June 30, 2027. Eligible candidates should complete registration within this period.

ICAI Advanced ITT course and ICAI MCS course under this special scheme will be conducted virtually. There will be no classroom teaching.
Both the Virtual Advanced ITT course and Virtual MCS course will have 15 days of recorded video lectures. Candidates must watch the lectures on the DLH platform. The sessions are available day by day, and the next session can be accessed after learning the previous session.
Candidates will get a maximum of 30 days from the date of registration to complete each course. No extension will be given if the course is not completed within the given period.
An objective-type online assessment test will be held at the end of each module. Candidates must score at least 60% marks to pass the online assessment test.
If a candidate does not score 60%, an online reassessment test will be required. A certificate will be issued after successful completion of the assessment.
CA Advanced ITT and MCS Course Fee is ₹12,000 per course. Therefore, candidates who need to complete both courses will have to pay the prescribed fee for each course separately. The official document states that the fee is ₹12,000 for each course.
