CA Final Result Sep 2025: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) declared the CA Final September 2025 result on November 3, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Candidates can access the result on the official ICAI websites: icai.nic.in, caresults.icai.org, and icaiexam.icai.org.
To qualify for the CA Final exams, candidates must secure a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and an overall aggregate of 50% in each group. Along with the results, ICAI has released the pass percentages for Group 1, Group 2, and both groups combined. Additionally, ICAI also released the details of the top three CA Final Sep 2025 rank holders, which include their scores, ranks, and cities, soon.

Passing Criteria for CA Final Exams
To pass the CA Final exams in 2025, candidates must achieve at least the minimum required marks. This includes scoring a total of 50% or higher across all subjects, with at least 40% in each subject. The exact passing marks for each subject are detailed in the table below.

CA Final Merit List 2025
ICAI will publish the CA Final top 50 merit list for 2025 on icai.nic.in after announcing the results. To view the merit list, candidates should log in with their registration or roll number and complete a captcha verification. Rank certificates will be given to candidates up to the 50th position, provided they have cleared all exams in one attempt and achieved at least 55% overall.CA Final Results 2025 Paper Verification Process
After checking the CA final results 2025, some students may be unsatisfied with their CA results marks and they can opt for verification of marks. As per guidelines set by the ICAI, candidates who want their answer sheets to be verified and reevaluated should apply for verification of marks within one month of the declaration of results. It can be done both offline and online. It usually takes 6-8 weeks for the result verification and if any changes in marks happen after verification, ICAI will send a revised result to the registered address of the candidate.
