“Ye thoda maine Half CA dekha tha, wo web series. Inspire ho gayi thi and thoda difficult sa bhi hai toh achha lagta hai.”

Her interest in CA was influenced by the Half CA web series, while the challenging nature of the course further motivated her to pursue it.

Balancing CA Foundation with Class 12 was one of the biggest challenges in Haasini’s preparation. Rather than treating the two as completely separate, she relied on the strong conceptual base she was already building through her school studies.

“You have to keep your base very strong and that will help you a lot in CA Foundation, especially kyunki I was balancing both my twelfth boards and my CA Foundation.”

“Except that paper presentation is a very crucial thing. So uske liye Nitin Sir helped me a lot.”

Before moving to the next section, Haasini also shared how she approached questions she found difficult during the exam. Her strategy focused on effective time management and avoiding getting stuck on a single question. 

“If I don’t know a question and agar mujhse koi question solve nahi ho pa raha hai, then I would leave it for now and I would come back to it later.”

Haasini avoided spending too much time on questions she could not solve immediately and returned to them later with a fresh mind.

“I would suggest in exam hall, at least if you’re not hitting a question, don’t waste too much time on that question and just proceed to the next question.”

Her strategy was to manage time carefully and move to the next question instead of letting one difficult question affect the rest of the paper.

Haasini’s final result reflected the consistency of her preparation. She secured AIR 16 in CA Foundation May 2026, scoring a total of 345 marks across the four subjects.

“I got 91 in Accounts and 71 in Business Law. 86 in Quantitative Aptitude and 97 in Economics.”

Haasini scored 345 marks overall, with her highest score of 97 in Economics.

“Maine answer galat mark kar diya tha. Aur maine do questions chhode bhi the. I think isiliye mujhse wo solve nahi ho paaye.”

Her strongest performance came in Economics, where she scored 97, followed by 91 in Accounts. Even in Quantitative Aptitude, a subject where she lost marks through a few missed or incorrectly marked questions, she scored 86.

Her journey offers an important lesson for CA Foundation aspirants: strong basics, early syllabus completion and smart question selection can make a significant difference. More importantly, her AIR 16 result shows that preparation does not always require an elaborate strategy.
