CA Foundation AIR 9 Dhairya Jain Success Story with Physics Wallah

Preparing for CA Foundation can require students to balance multiple subjects while maintaining consistency throughout the preparation period. CA Foundation AIR 9 Dhairya Jain followed an organised timetable and focused more on subjects he found challenging. He also used PW’s free Chanakya 3.0 lectures and revision resources as part of his preparation.

His January 2026 result reflected this approach, with an aggregate of 351 marks across the four subjects. His journey offers insights into how he approached different subjects, managed his study routine, and used available learning resources during his CA Foundation preparation.

How Dhairya Jain Organised His CA Foundation Preparation

Dhairya Jain explained that his preparation was built around a regular timetable rather than an unusually long study schedule. He focused on maintaining a routine and giving subjects the time they required.

β€œIt has been a roller coaster, right, like starting se, but I will not say ki kuch extraordinary kiya maine. I used to study; I just used to follow my timetable.”

He generally began his day with a 4-5 hour study session covering two subjects. Accounts and Economics were subjects he found interesting, while Law required additional attention because he considered it challenging.

For Dhairya, the Dhairya Jain CA Foundation Strategy was therefore based on following his timetable and adjusting study time according to his comfort level with different subjects.

Dhairya Jain Turned Law Into a Stronger Subject

Law was initially one of the more challenging subjects for Dhairya. He found it difficult to develop interest in the subject at first, but regular study gradually made it easier for him to understand.

He explained:

β€œThe thing is, the law was a new subject for me, so usmein thoda initially interest develop karna was difficult, but as time went on, everything got easy, and I understood everything.”

As his preparation progressed, he continued working on Law through lectures, revision sessions, marathons, and question-solving classes. This helped him become more confident with the subject.

This part of the Dhairya Jain CA Foundation Preparation shows how he gave more attention to a subject that initially required greater effort instead of avoiding it.

How PW Supported Dhairya Jain's CA Foundation Preparation

Dhairya studied through PW’s Chanakya 3.0, a free batch, and said that he attended the live sessions as well as previous recorded lectures. He also used the revision lectures, test series, mock tests, and other question-solving sessions during his preparation.

He said:

β€œI have been studying from Chanakya 3.0. I used to attend all your live all the teachers' live session all the previous recorded lectures. Everything I used to study through them, and it has been a great inspiration and a hand-holding technique for me.”

Dhairya also specifically discussed the role of PW lectures and study resources in Economics and Quantitative Aptitude. He said he studied Economics through the lectures and study material and used PW’s Chanakya 3.0 lectures available for free on YouTube.

For Quantitative Aptitude, he mentioned practising daily for around two hours and spending time on individual chapters.

Dhairya Jain's Approach to Study Hours and Breaks

Dhairya did not believe that students necessarily needed to study continuously for 12, 13, or 15 hours. Instead, he focused on recognising when he could no longer process information effectively.

He explained:

β€œI will not say ki you have to study for 13 hours, 15 hours. The thing is, what a student should understand is that you have to study what you are capable of; the minute you think that you are not able to process anything, you are not able to get anything in your mind. That's the moment you want a break.”

For him, effective preparation was not simply about extending study hours. He believed students should understand their own capacity and take a break when they were no longer able to process what they were studying.
