
CA Foundation Exam Form Correction Window: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will begin accepting exam forms for the CA Foundation May 2026 session from 3rd March 2026. Candidates can submit their forms online through the official website, icai.org. The last date to apply without a late fee is 16th March 2026.
Candidates who miss this deadline can still submit their forms with a late fee of ₹600 for Indian students or USD 10 for overseas candidates until 19th March 2026.
If you need to make any corrections to your application, you can do so from 22nd to 24th March 2026. The CA Foundation exam dates 2026 are scheduled for May 14, 16, 18, and 20, 2026. Step 1: Log in to your student account
Go to the ICAI Exam Portal and log in using your registration number and password.Step 2: Access the correction window
Click on "Click here for corrections in ICAI application" on the dashboard. Fill in your details like Barcode Number or Control Number, Roll Number, PIN, and Security Code.Step 3: Verify the fields
Check details such as Examination, Barcode/Control Number, Registration Number, Name, Group Applied, Medium Opted, etc. If all is well, select "No change required." Otherwise, click "Changes required."Step 4: Correct errors
Edit Medium Preferred, CA Foundation Exam Center , Group, or syllabus if needed.Step 5: Cross-check fields
Review changes in the preview section. Verify and enter the OTP sent to your mobile and email.Step 6: Submit a handwritten application
Upload a scanned handwritten application, signed by you. Make sure it's in jpg format, not exceeding 200KB. Follow language guidelines based on your exam medium.Note: Changes are processed based on the online submission, not the scanned application content.
Step 7: Finally submit the application form
After submitting, please print the correction slip as changes cannot be made after. You only have one chance for free corrections and further changes will require additional fees.
